These are called Worblers. They are used on the
St. Clair River to Catch Walleye. They deep troll them about a
foot off the bottom. They have proven deadly from the early 20s
until now. They make a real eratic action and a loud gurgling
sound when being worked. It drives Walleyes crazy. They were made
in many versions over the years in both wood and plastic. I have
found them in all sizes.
