LARRY MOELLMAN
These are the two different styles of Flyrod
Size L&S Minnows.
The lures on the card are Falls Baits. The
ones around the card are about half Falls and Half Rockys.
Falls and Rockys are so similar it is hard to tell them
apart without looking at the markings on the lip.
My BIO
Hello, my name is Larry Moellman.
I was born, raised, and still live in Cole Camp, Missouri.
As a kid I grew up fishing all the local creeks and ponds.
I loved to fish with a fly rod, and used many different types
of fly rod lures. I had fun catching Bass, Bluegill, Perch, and
Sunfish. Many hundreds of miles were walked on these great
little creeks that abounded in our area. As I grew up,
I started fishing for Rainbow Trout, in some of the State
Parks south of me. One of my favorite lures was the Tiny L&S
Trout lures. Later on I started using the Falls Inch Minnow.
I found that these lures were also good for the Bass and Perch
in the creeks I fished. A lot of good memories are tied to these
lures.
Later as I started to collect antique fishing tackle,
I thought it would be fun to put together a collection of lures
that I fished with as a younger man, and this is how the collection
of L&S, Falls and Rocky lures came together. It has been a fun
journey, and look forward to more years of collecting and fishing
with these neat old lures.
