My BIO

I am: George Gould - 235 Pottery Lane - Mifflinburg, Pa 17844. I live along Penn's Creek which has a nice catch and release stretch about 10 miles up stream from me. As you probably know Penns Creek is the name given to one of the two bamboo fly rods made by Orvis. The water by me is a little too warm for trout but just right for smallmouth bass. Penns Creek originates in Penns Cave, a Central Pennsylvania commercial attraction and runs thru a lot of limestone on its way to the Susquehanna River. I'm told that in England such creeks are referred to as Chalk Streams, and unless you are a friend of the Duke or Earl who owns it, you will probably be run off by the gamekeeper should you venture to fish on one. Another of the blessings of this great land we live in. It has been nice corresponding with you.

peace,

GEORGE GOULD
